‘Mental health’ is an important part of everyone’s life and taking care of our mental health is a journey. There are ups and downs, but we can always take small steps to protect our mental health. Our mental health changes every day but we can prepare for life’s challenges by practicing certain skills for our mental health.

A person can sometimes feel stressed, so much that he/she may not be able to cope up with the stress. It can arise due to various reasons like interpersonal conflict, loss of a loved one, difficulty at work etc. A person may not realize that the stress has seeped into the mind to an extent that it starts showing symptoms – physical, emotional and behavioral.

These stressful conditions changes the way one thinks, feels, and acts, which a person can misunderstand to be his/her natural behaviour/response and continue suffering mentally. Therefore, it is of utmost importance to know and be aware of different mental health conditions to enable us seeking professional help immediately.
