Disha Gera is a Clinical Psychologist (RCI) with more than 4 years of experience in assisting individuals with mental health disorders and guiding them through recovery. She completed her BA in Psychology from Delhi University (Daulat Ram College) and her Masters in Clinical Psychology from MD University. Her professional degree in Clinical Psychology is from Amity University, Noida.
Specializing in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Behavior Modification Therapy, she focuses on treating Anxiety, Depression, OCD, Phobias, and other mental health disorders across children, adolescents, and adults. She is skilled in conducting various Psychological Assessments including IQ tests, behavioral assessments, and personality tests.
Presently, she works as a Clinical Psychologist at the Indian Neuropsychiatry and Headache Centre (The Brain Gym), where she helps patients manage mental health challenges and improve their overall quality of life.
